Registering, operating, or using more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sm805 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Upon discovery, all duplicate Accounts will be closed, all associated Balances and Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and personal information updated — is your sole responsibility. You warrant that all information provided to sm805 during registration and throughout the life of your Account is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — is a Prohibited Activity and grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
sm805 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific channels may vary from time to time. Current availability is displayed on the Cashier page of your Account.
Deposits credited via e-wallet channels (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed and reflected in your Account Balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). sm805 is not liable for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed by sm805 within the timeframes displayed on the Cashier page, which are typically 15–60 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and up to 3 banking hours for bank transfer withdrawals. Before a withdrawal is processed, your Account must have completed the applicable KYC verification (Clause 7). Withdrawal requests submitted outside of WIB banking hours may be processed on the next available banking day.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per channel. These limits are displayed on the Cashier page of your Account and may be adjusted from time to time at sm805's sole discretion. Players in the sm805 VIP Programme may be eligible for elevated transaction limits as part of their VIP tier benefits.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds deposited are legally obtained and belong to you. sm805 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
No Conversion Fees: sm805 does not charge currency conversion fees. All transactions are denominated in IDR and your Account Balance is displayed in IDR at all times. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside sm805's control and are not reimbursable.
sm805 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates — published on the Promotions page of the Platform at the time the bonus is claimed.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before any portion of those funds or any winnings generated from them may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement is stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or to the sum of the deposit plus bonus, as specified per promotion. Wagers placed on games or markets excluded from the promotion will not count toward the Wagering Requirement.
Bonus Funds and any associated Wagering Requirement must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and uncompleted Wagering Requirement will be automatically removed from your Account without notice. Real-money Balances are not affected by bonus expiry.
sm805 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, through exploitation of a technical error, or through coordinated bonus abuse involving multiple Accounts. Patterns of low-risk or hedge betting specifically designed to clear Wagering Requirements without genuine game engagement may be classified as bonus abuse.
Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, only one active bonus may be held on your Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
All bets and wagers placed on the sm805 Platform are subject to the Game Rules applicable to the relevant product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or specialty games. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable Game Rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Game Rules, the Game Rules prevail for the specific game or market in question.
Sports betting markets on sm805 cover domestic Indonesian football (BRI Liga 1), Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), MotoGP, and major e-sports events. Bet types include single, accumulator, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator), and system bets. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted constitute the final odds for that wager.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

In no event shall sm805's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform exceed the total net deposits made by you to sm805 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
You may request closure of your sm805 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and Wagering Requirements on active bonuses. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.
sm805 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (including but not limited to):
Where an Account is closed by sm805 due to breach of these Terms, sm805 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the withheld funds may be forfeited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sm805 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through sm805's internal complaints procedure (see Clause 14) shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
sm805's internal complaints procedure is the first and mandatory step in dispute resolution. You must submit a formal complaint to [email protected] before initiating any external dispute resolution process. sm805 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to issue a final resolution within 14 days of receipt.
sm805 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sm805 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the sm805 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
